About Us


Lisa

Lisa Crunk is the mother of two children, a wife and a dedicated music educator in Shelbyville, Tennessee. She attended the Lois Cowles Harrison Center for the Visual and Performing Arts High School as a voice student, and received a Bachelor of Music Education from Lee University in Tennessee. She was an officer and vocalist in the Lee University Singers and traveled abroad with them.

 

In addition to teaching a general music curriculum for grades K-5, Lisa also teaches 4th and 5th grade chorus to over 60 kids. She’s a passionate advocate for choral music and its influence and inspiration to young children. Her school was recently chosen by TPAC and Disney to partner up with her to produce the elementary school musical "The Jungle Book".  She also was chosen as One to Connected Classroom recipient where she incorporates technology into her curriculum. Beyond her work in the classroom, she helps lead an Honor Choir with her fellow colleagues for over 150 children within the Bedford County Schools. Lisa also earned her Orff Certification from Lee University in 2011.

 

Kris

Kris Crunk began his musical career early in the Birmingham Boys Choir, where he was Head Chorister. During his years in that choir, he also studied in the Royal School of Church music, obtaining the highest theory medal level. He received his B.M.E. from Lee University where he was also the accompanist for the Lee University Singers, touring in China, Europe, and around the country. He is currently serving on the Lee University Music Advisory Board, and was an adjunct professor of Music Technology at Union University.

 

Kris resides near Nashville and is a highly sought out producer, programmer, and writer, contributing his talents on countless choral and artist projects. He's worked with Rascal Flatts, Jason Crabb, Sandi Patty, Steve Green, Bill Gaither, Word Music, Lifeway Music, Hal Leonard, Brentwood Benson, and many others. He's a 3 time Grammy Nominee and a two time Dove Award nominee and a Dove Winner, also receiving two J.W. Pepper Editor’s Choice designations for his compositions. When not working on music, he enjoys being a husband to Lisa and a father to his children and loves Alabama football.
